Article 1: Introduction

This is the Privacy Statement of 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation. In this statement you can read how we handle the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you. 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation has estimated that it complies with the provisions of the GDPR (General Personal Data Regulation).

Article 2: Collected personal data

We do our utmost to protect your data. In order to be able to provide services to you and to guarantee our services to you, we do need a number of personal data from you (such as name, address, contact details, date of birth, passport details, nationality, etc.). 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation processes this personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

When you provide us with information from third parties (fellow travellers or contact persons in the event of an emergency), we assume that you inform them about the processing of their data by us and point to this Privacy Statement.

We use the personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and invoicing our services;
  • Sending our newsletters;
  • Handling your bookings/orders and informing you about their progress;
  • Storage of customer data in our relationship file, in order to be able to execute the agreement between you and 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation;
  • Taking measures to improve services;
  • Compliance with legal obligations;
  • Providing information or offers.

Article 3: Minors

4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation does not intend to collect data from persons younger than 16 years of age. We therefore do not offer services that specifically target minors. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information from a minor without this permission, please contact us. Then we will delete this information.

Article 4: Security

When transferring data via the website, we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) with encryption. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked.

Article 5: Data of website visits

We receive data based on your visit to our website. Examples of this are cookies. We use this information to get a better picture of our customers and to develop our services and website and to adapt it to your personal preferences.

The 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation website can also offer links to websites that are not managed by 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation. These websites are not monitored by 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation and 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation is not responsible for the privacy policy pursued or the content of these external websites.

Article 6: Request data and have it adjusted

You can request and adjust personal data that you have provided to us at any time. This can be done very easily by sending us an e-mail. 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

Article 7: Retention period data and inspection

When you end your service with us, we save some data. However, we delete the data that is no longer needed. You have the right to inspect the information we have about you after you have terminated the service with us. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion via e-mail. 4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

Article 8: Sharing with others

4Aviation/Blackbird Aviation will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. For example, we use a third party to handle iDeal payments in our webshop.

In that context, we may also provide personal data to government agencies abroad (to obtain permission to visit a location). This means that personal data is transferred to and used, stored and otherwise processed in countries other than the country where the information was obtained. In all cases we will try to ensure an adequate level of protection.
