Airport obstruction lights

Airport obstruction lights are used to enhance the visibility of buildings or other fixed structures that may hinder safe navigation of aircraft. We managed to acquire a number of AEG HF49 obstruction lights from a Berlin airport.

Big red shade

These German made obstruction lights are extremely colourful. The big red glass shade on the of the yellow base make the light very attractive, either lit or when it is switched off. The lights appear as good as new, hardly ever used. They are fitted with two LED bulbs, power cord and connector.
