Beech 18 wingtip office desk – polished

The Beech 18, also known as “Twin Beech”, is an iconic twin-engined propeller aircraft. Over 9,000 Beech 18s have been built over a period of more than 30 years from 1937. The first flight ever of a Beech 18 was on 15 January 1937. Many Twin Beeches are privately owned now, with over 200 flying in the United States alone.

Mirror-image mirror-polished

This distinctive piece of furniture was made from two Beech 18 wingtips, creating a fully symmetrical office desk. The position lights have been kept, four legs have been added and the top surface has been painstakingly polished. The desk comes with a tailor-made glass plate, enabling daily use of the piece.
