Fouga CM-170 Magister airspeed indicator

Beautifully restored original airspeed indicator from a Fouga CM-170 Magister. It is mounted on a cold blue steel stand that has been painted in a black sand colour. The combination is in an overall mint condition. The result is a tasteful object that adds a nice touch to your interior. A small, but elegant, item that will stand out.

Six sent nœuds

The indicator goes up to 600 knots. That is more than enough for the CM-170 that had a top speed of 715 km/h, just under 400 knots. Still, the maximum speed of the small jet trainer led to the distinctive butterfly tail being preferred over a conventional tail.
