Kamov Ka-26 helicopter engine table

This awesome and unique table was made from the crankshaft and the pistons of a Vedeneyev M14V radial engine. The engine was complete dismantled, every part was cleaned and glass bead blasted and painted. The original ID plate is still attached to the transmission case. The crankshaft still can be rotated in the transmission case. All rods and pistons can be rotated and positioned in any position. Wheels have been installed under the table for easy movement.

Retired Hoodlum

The M14V is a 9-cylinder engine that was used to power the Kamov Ka-26 helicopter, nicknamed “Hoodlum” by NATO. Major parts of this engine now form the core of this outstanding piece. Like many of our other furnishings, it shows that many hours of painstaking work have been put into it. The glass plate allows you to see every interesting detail, like the master rod and the pistons. A splendid piece of furniture for your demanding interior.

We also have a table that is made from `the other half´ of the same engine. Details of this table can be found here.
